“I put my experience and understanding of life into my works. Making ceramics nurtures me and brings an inner peace. While the temperature rises in the kiln the glaze changes colour and I grow with the process. The subjects of my work have ranged from landscape and natural forms to Buddhist imagery which has been a focus for the past two years. The Buddhist faith brings me inspiration. I love ceramics, they are my best friend, my family, my driving force and a symbol of my growth. Ceramics let me see my future. They create a time for reflection and I enjoy every moment.”
