Extend Your Stay!
Mid Wales is a beautiful part of the UK and there’s plenty to enjoy – so stay a little longer and explore a little!
The Cambrian Mountain is a project that aims to help promote rural enterprise, protect the environment and add value to products and services in Mid Wales. The project was inspired by HRH The Prince of Wales who as the Cambrian Mountains Initiative President wishes to help sustain traditional upland farms and rural communities. The initiative recognises high quality tourism establishments including hotels, restaurants, self-catering accommodation and visitor attractions.
A number of hotels and guest houses in the Cambrian Mountain Initiative are offering special rates for festival attenders, including:
The Falcondale Hotel, Lampeter
The Falcondale hotel and 2AA rosette restaurant near the University town of Lampeter is only 30 minutes from the coastal villages of Cardigan Bay and hilly, marshy regions of the Cambrian Mountains as well as only 40 minutes South of Aberystwyth. A wealth of walking, cycling, fishing, and open gardens within easy reach of this central location in Wales.
Quote Aberystwyth Arts Centre when making your booking with us via phone 01570422910 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and receive a 20% discount from our bed and breakfast prices. Rooms are subject to availability and you may be asked to provide proof of purchase from the Arts Centre on arriving at the hotel.
All the hotels and guest houses in the initiative are specially selected for quality and are just lovely – they’d give you a relaxing base, with fantastic food, and a chance to get to know Mid Wales a little better. You can find out who they all are at www.cambrianmountains.co.uk.
